Terms and conditions

• Terms and Conditions for Eschol Park FC Football Holiday Clinic
  
  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering for the Football Holiday Clinic. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions:
  
  1. Registration and Payment:
  
  1.1. Registration for the Football Holiday Clinic is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  
  1.2. Payment for the clinic must be made in advance, and all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this agreement.
  
  2. Eligibility:
  
  2.1. The Football Holiday Clinic is open to children and teenagers between the ages of 5 years and 15 years, provided they meet the physical and health requirements as determined by the clinic organizers.
  
  2.2. Participants must be in good physical condition to participate and should not participate if they experience flu like symptoms or have Covid-19.
  
  2.3. The Participant must be an active player for the 2025 season registered in the playfootball.com.au registration website as well as registered on the Eschol Park FC website for the holiday clinic.
  
  2.4. Registering for the Holiday Clinic does not mean you become a member or player of Eschol Park FC Winter Soccer or the Eschol Park FC Summer Soccer.
  
  3. Clinic Schedule:
  
  3.1. The clinic schedule, including dates, times, and locations, will be provided to registered participants before the start of the clinic.
  
  3.2. The clinic organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative arrangements or refunds.
  
  4. Code of Conduct:
  
  4.1. Participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for coaches, fellow participants, and facilities, and adhere to the rules and guidelines set by the clinic organizers.
  
  4.2. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, or use of profanity, may result in immediate dismissal from the clinic without a refund.
  
  5. Health and Safety:
  
  5.1. Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries to clinic organizers in advance. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they are fit to participate in the clinic.
  
  5.2. Participants must follow safety guidelines provided by the clinic organizers, including wearing appropriate protective gear.
  
  6. Liability and Insurance:
  
  6.1. The clinic organizers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the clinic. Participants and their parents or guardians are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage.
  
  7. Photography and Media Release:
  
  7.1. The clinic organizers may take photographs or videos during the clinic for promotional and educational purposes. By participating in the clinic, you grant the organizers permission to use such materials without compensation.
  
  8. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
  
  8.1. In the event you need to cancel your registration, refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
  
  Cancellation 7 days or more before the clinic start date: 50% refund.
  Cancellation within 7 days of the clinic start date: No refund.
  
  9. Weather Conditions:
  
  9.1. In cases of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, the clinic organizers may cancel or reschedule sessions. Refunds will not be provided for sessions canceled due to weather conditions such as rain, unless the facilities grounds are closed by Campbelltown Council.
  
  10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
  
  10.1. The clinic organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
